First time visiting Brookside at the Rose Bowl? We’ve got you covered on how to plan with all you need to know to have a smooth show. Stay tuned to this page for updates, and plan to arrive early with your group.
We strongly urge you to arrive by 4:30 PM so you don’t risk missing any of the show. There is so much to see and do starting at 4:30 PM.
AXS Mobile ID is your ticket into the show. Load your tickets in the Goldenvoice app and scan your unique barcode at the entrance - it’s fast, secure, and stress-free. Separately purchased AXS Mobile ID digital parking passes will also appear in your account (VIP purchases include (1) parking pass per order).



If your group is arriving separately, you may transfer individual passes through the Goldenvoice or AXS app. Instructions can be found here: support.axs.com
Parking opens at 12 PM. Shuttles start at 2 PM. Venue doors open and show starts at 4:30 PM. No overnight camping. No entrance line-up before 8am. No numbered wristbands will be issued.
Brookside at the Rose Bowl is located at 1001 Rose Bowl Dr, Pasadena, CA 91103.
Parking Lots open at 12 PM. Pre-Paid Parking is strongly recommended, and can be purchased via your AXS Account.

A free shuttle service is provided to-and-from the Parsons Engineering Complex in Old Town Pasadena to the event. Shuttle service will begin at 2PM, and run until 60 minutes following the conclusion of the event. Paid parking available.
All Rideshare and Taxi services must drop-off and pick-up in Old Town Pasadena. From there, Shuttle Services to and from the event from the Parsons Engineering Complex will be provided free of charge. At the conclusion of the event, take the shuttle back to Parsons to order any rideshare pickups.
The A Line (Blue) Metro rail stop (Memorial Park Station) is less than a ½ mile walk to the Parson’s Shuttle. Plan your trip and view the Metro Map for more info.
The event is approximately 1.5 miles from the Parsons Complex. For those choosing to walk to/from the event, please heed all crossing signals and pathways.
A parent drop-off and pick-up area will be located at the Rose Bowl in Parking Lot H. Hours of operation: 12PM - 9:30PM.
Pack clear & pack light! Bring your items in approved clear bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”.
Take a second to review what you can bring in so you don’t have to forfeit any items when you arrive.
Be prepared! Plan ahead by reserving a locker today. Lockers keep your valuables safe, merch secure, and your sweatshirt nearby for when it gets chilly.

Shop event merchandise starting at 12 PM! Event merch booths will be located by the south entrance (main entrance) in Lot H and north entrance (VIP entrance) in Lot 4. Featuring the same merchandise items that will also be on sale inside the show.
Come early to see opening sets by a Club Called Rhonda, TRIXIE MATTEL (DJ Set) & Drag Performers and hemlocke springs starting at 4:30pm

We are a cashless event. Accepted credit card payments include any US-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB or Union Pay logo. Contactless payments are also accepted. Locations where you can convert cash to a pre-paid Visa card will be available.
